Worldwide P&P cost is AU$14.99 registered airmail, shipping time usually between 1-3 weeks.

Please note: Shipping times may be longer during holidays.  If you live in Italy, please be aware that it's highly likely your item will be delayed by the Italian customs.  This is out of our control, and you must wait until your package arrives.

We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse payment from buyers with low feedback, excessive negative feedback, suspicious account, or unconfirmed Paypal address.  Payment must be made within 7 days or an unpaid item dispute will be opened on Ebay.  If you have any questions please ask before bidding.  If there is any customs fee once you receive the parcel, it's your responsibility to pay it.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcel if you haven't brought insurance.  All sales are final, you cannot cancel after you've paid, or make changes to your order once it's been processed.  No returns unless an item is faulty or you receive the wrong item due to our error, in this case a new replacement of an identical item would be given or if not available then a refund.
