'God is in the details' letterpress poster

God is in the details
designed and printed at Hand & Eye Letterpress

700 x 500 mm; metal type on paper

This simple text is one of the motivations for what we do. Without requiring us to belief in god, it inspires us to make sure that all the little things are right in our work. We chose a spare layout for it in reference to Mies van der Rohe's modernism. It is printed in gold and silver, both enhanced by a first printing in another colour. The silver was underlaid with white and the gold with yellow. This seals the surface of the paper, giving a more brilliant effect to the final work. The perfect registration of our Heidelberg SB makes the overprinting undetectable.

The poster was printed on black Fabriano Ingres 160 gsm paper in our London workshop.

It will be packaged in a card tube mailer when sent.
