Plumbpoint offers a 'no quibble' returns policy and depending on the circumstances we will either offer a full refund, partial refund or replacement, depending on the customers preference. Refunds will only be given when the product is returned unopened and in its original packaging. We hope that you will always be fully satisfied with our products and services but we like to have something in place for any possible unfortunate outcomes.

Please be aware that there will be a 25% re-stocking charge on some of our product so please ask at the time of ordering. Bespoke furniture is no-refundable. We will exchange any items that are faulty prior to installation. Refunds will only be given on products that have not been open or installed and returned in its original packaging. All goods must be checked prior to signing for delivery. Plumbpoint accepts no responsibility for any damages after goods have been signed for.

All items must be checked for damage upon delivery. If you are unable to check, please sign unchecked. Please be aware that when signing for goods, you are signing that they are in good condition and undamaged. If goods are damaged please do not sign for and ask driver to return goods.

We aim to dispatch goods within 2-3 days of receiving the order, however, please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address when the order has been shipped. You will be contacted if the order is likely to take any longer. 

Delivery costs of all goods returned to be arranged and payed for by customer unless damaged or faulty.

Our delivery hours are 8am & 5pm, Monday to Friday. For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, it may be best to supply an alternative address for delivery. 

If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. 

Please note we are only able to ship products to addresses in mainland United Kingdom. Shipping to overseas destinations is priced per order, a quotation for delivery will be supplied separately.
