Finish	Three plank effect panel with "U" groove. Glossy white finish.
Fitting to Wall	Waterproof tongue and groove fitting. Can be glued, screwed, stapled or nailed to existing surface or to battens. No need for resurfacing, plastering or grouting! Easy to cut with an ordinary saw. Ideal for uneven surfaces.
Fitting to Ceiling	Suitable for use with spotlights (panels can withstand heat up to 60°c). Panels can be fitted directly to ceiling, battens or metal hangers (see our eBay shop). Can be glued, screwed, stapled or nailed.
Usage	Interior use. Walls and ceilings - commercial and residential use including showers (waterproof).

Payment

We expect payment for goods to be made within 7 days with no exceptions. If we don't receive payment after 7 days then your order will be cancelled.

Cheque	Cheque payments should be made payable to "Hesketh's". Please ensure that you write the following card information on the back of the cheque: Credit/Debit card number, Issue and Expiry Date, Issue Number (if applicable) and the 3 digit security code. We guarantee all our cheques using a cheque guarantee service which enables us to process your order more rapidly. Please note that if your cheque is dishonoured you will have to pay a fee. If the information above is not written on the back of the cheque then we will be unable to guarantee it. In this situation, your goods will be posted upon clearance of the cheque which can take up to 10 days.
Postal Order or Banker's Draft	Postal orders or banker's drafts should be made payable to "Hesketh's".

PER ORDER = Any amount or combination of wall panels, trims and adhesives that are to be sent together as one order.

Once payment has cleared, we aim to despatch items within three working days. It is very important that you provide us with your phone number at the time of ordering as it is required by the carriers.

You are also welcome to collect your goods from our warehouse in Liverpool by arrangement.

Damaged Goods

At the time of delivery, we advise you to check your goods for damage before signing for them. If there is any damage, then please notify the delivery driver and make a note of it on the delivery note that you will be required to sign. If your goods are damaged, then please contact us on (0151) 924 6402 and let us know so that we can arrange a replacement.

If returning goods for a refund or exchange then the costs of returning the item back to us is your responsibility. We recommend that you send the item using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.Due the the bulky nature of our goods, returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds are issued upon receipt of the item - please allow 3 days for us to process them. If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us.
