Payment

  • UK Postal Orders - Sent Signed for and Recorded Delivery. Uncrossed.

Please Note E-CHEQUES...can take from 3 days to 2 weeks to clear. That is NOT my policy but PayPal's. I have to wait for notification from PayPal that your payment has cleared before I will send your item(s).

I will NOT ship anything to an address that is not on the PayPal invoice.

Fees

Packing and handling fees are included in postal costs.

Shipping

There is no posting on weekends or holidays.

UK buyers items are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. I feel when someone has spent out hard earned money, that they want to know where their parcels are if they don't arrive when you expect them to. It affords both sides peace of mind to KNOW that the parcel HAS BEEN SENT and that it can be tracked and traced.
International items are shipped Royal Mail International Signed For. I ship items immediately once payment is recieved. If payment is made after post office hours, the items are shipped first thing the next working day.
Important I offer a discount postage on multiple purchases. The fee varies depending on the weight and country. IF you're outside of the UK I will include you in the discount but you must contact me before you bid as the rates are slightly higher for International post. My charges are based on Royal Mail or Parcelforce Postage Rates. If any savings can be made by combining items a refund will be given once the package has been posted.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges for duty are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional P&P charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - International government regulations prohibit such behaviour.

Packaging

Everything I sell is checked before being sent for delivery. I use extra care when packaging your items. If you have any questions regarding an item you want to purchase please send me a message any time. Preferably before the bidding ends.

Feedback

I leave feedback after the transaction is completed in total, which means once you have recieved your item and are happy with your purchase and the transaction all together.

I believe in customer service full stop. If something should go wrong with your purchase I would hope that you would contact me first before leaving any neutral or negative feedback.

Please remember to mark your star ratings fairly. (4 stars and below will lower your seller's ratings) Slow post isn't always the fault of your seller. I post everyday by 12 noon and never charge packaging or handling costs. You will always see the total cost of your postage on the stamp on your parcel.
