RETURNS

If you wish to exchange an Unworn/used item for a different size etc, please email us first to confirm that we have the item you want in stock.  You may exchange an item up to 14 days after purchase.  We do not refund postage but may not charge it on UK exchanges either.

DVDs must be returned with wrapper seals intact.
Auction items may only be exchanged or returned if faulty, or by prior agreement with ourselves.

All ‘Buy It Now’ items may be returned for a refund within 14 days, providing that we are informed of your intention to return the item (in writing e.g. Email) within 7 days.
