Gledhill are manufactured under an ISO 9001:2000 quality management system which is independently audited and accepted BSI. All our products meet or exceed industry standards and comply with Water Regulations and Building Regulations.

Citation products exceed the minimum standards required in Part L of the Building Regulations and are classed as meeting the 'Good Practice Guide' issued by the DTI.

All products are independently approved for compliance with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.

Appropriately-sized vessels can be manufactured to comply with British Standards 1566 or 3198.

All cylinders are available with either a top or side entry immersion heater boss on request and can be manufactured to suit: 10m, 15m or 30m working heads. Compression fittings are supplied and fitted free if required.

To satisfy specialist applications, Gledhil Building Products Limited can manufacture horizontal cylinders complete with cradles or twin cylinders where only narrow spaces are available but large capacities are required. Solar cylinders are also available and can be fitted with two or more heat exchangers.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque or paypal e-cheque. This item will be sent usually by UKMail and you will receive within 7 working days after your purchase.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.  If an item is returned not faulty it must be in re-sellable condition and Plumb-bay reserve the right to charge a re-handling charge of 15%.
