An archer’s helmet used in the opening battle scenes of Ridley Scott's Oscar winning epic Gladiator. Made from fibreglass which is painted metallic grey, there are leather hinged vac-formed plastic ear protectors on the sides. These helmets can be seen as the archers launch their opening attack on the barbarian hoards.
