Girly Girlz by Tumbleweed Pottery.     Plaque reads:

"Better to have loved and lost than to have spent your life with a psycho!"   and features a lady in a lavender hat and outfit.

Plaque measures 4.5" wide x 4.5" high.  There is a wire bale for hanging, and a decorative colored crystal with a bow on top of the plaque.
