If you find your goods are faulty or unsuitable, simply post the goods back to our returns address (we recommend using recorded delivery as the safest method) in an unused and resalable condition with all tags/labels intact and in original packaging. On receipt of the goods your credit/debit card will be credited with the value of the returned item. Unfortunately, due to our pricing structure we are unable to cover any of the postal charges incurred with returned or exchanged goods that are not faulty.
