Shipping

Packages are shipped on the same or next business day after payment is received. Sunday and holidays are not included.

We offer free insurance for your items.

Your items will be delivered by Hong Kong Air Mail with tracking number. It normally takes 5-14 working days. However, items shipped to some countries, such as Italy, France and Spain, may be stuck in customs for a long period. Therefore, please allow item expectancy time to be extended.

Express delivery service which usually takes 3-4 business days to delivery is provided upon request with extra charge.

Normally your items will be sent to your eBay or Paypal registered address.

You are NOT responsible for any additional re-shipping and handling cost associated with giving an incorrect shipping address.

Shipping and handling fees quoted includes a portion for packaging and handling fee.

We offer combine ship! You save 20% shipping and handling fee on the additional items. Shipping and handling fee as follows: the highest shipping cost between the items plus 80% of the cost of the other items.

Items must be paid for in one payment and be packed in the same package to be eligible for combined shipping discount.

Refund

We offer cash refund within 14 days after receiving. Please inform us before sending back the item.

The returned item must be in brand new condition, unworn, with original tags. Please carefully pack to prevent any losses or damages in transit.

Shipping & Handling fee is non-refundable.

All returning postage costs will be the responsibility of you under all circumstances.
