Up to 15 to 18 pounds and 24.5 TO 27 inches long  (RUNS SMALL) to me its more like a 3 month size outfit.

 

White cotton top/dress.  5 buttons down the whole back in blue and white checkered buttons.  Blue embroidered bodice and hem line..  Ruffled hem. 

White and light blue small checkered material Bloomers with elastic waist and leg openings.

 

Measuring from the neckline to the hem is roughly: 12" to the bottom of the ruffled hem.
