The clock is set into the centre of a ships wheel with a figure of an anchor running through the whole piece. The clock is then suspended on a block & tackle from a tripod made up of two oars and a pike. The clock has a simple wind up mechanism and appears to be working. Height 14", the clock face is enamelled with roman numerals and bears a makers name ' Ansonia Clock Co USA '. Finished with a great gilt finish.
