We stock every item that we sell.We don't use any drop shipper so we do provide the fastest shipping possible. We ship most orders the same day or the next.
We don't share our customer data in any way with any one.
We have a huge inventory of authentic hard to find fragrances in stock but all are not listed in our EBay store yet. If you are looking for an item that is not yet listed, just send us an email, if we have in stock we will list it quickly.

Shipping And Handling Charges.

We use the best shipping and packing material available so we charge $0.00 to $3.00 handling charge in addition to the postage. Shipping postage is calculated by the USPS or UPS online system, we have no control over it.
We charge regular postage for the first product and $3.00 for each additional item for the domestic orders and $5.00 for the the international.
We do offer free shipping for some domestic orders, where ever it is stated, only.

International Shipping.

We can ship international orders as Priority International or First Class International. We prefer priority international, it comes with the tracking number and can be insured. First class international doesn't come with the tracking number and it can't be insured.
Pay Pal will send an email, automatically, with the tracking number for the priority mail packages.
Once we drop the package at the post office, we don't have any information about the package any more.
We will only provide the custom label number for the first class international packages, as a proof of shipment.
International packages can take 10 days to over 2 weeks, depending on the destination country's postal system.
Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

We don't sell and ship fragrances samples, open and tester bottles to Germany

Return Policy.

100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. We check every product before shipping to be 100% and to be as described. We will contact buyer for approval if the product is not 100% or not to be as described, before shipping or we will fully refund the money right a way, including the shipping cost. We will fully refund the cost of the unopened fragrances (cellophane wrapped fragrances and bath & body products). Opened none spray fragrances, after shaves and bath & body products will not be accepted for refund due to the health reasons. All opened spray fragrances for return must be in their original packaging undamaged and in resalable condition. 20% restocking fee will be charged to all opened spray fragrances for return. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost.

Feed Backs.

Positive feed backs are very important. We only charge stated shipping cost, no extra. Please check the date on which we shipped the order, not on which it was delivered for the top ranking feed backs.
