What’s the catch?

There isn’t any! We don’t ask for any money upfront from you i.e. no membership or signup fees, we don’t ask for any personal or financial information nor are you bound by any contract. All we want from you is your FULL NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS, the same as what you would give when you make your hotel reservation, nothing else!

Do i get 5% back on my total hotel bill?

Unfortunately, no you don’t. The hotel companies ONLY pay cashback on room rates only, not taxes or charges. For example if the hotel room is £100 plus 10% tax, this makes a total of £110. You will only receive cashback on the room rate, which is £100. You do not receive cashback on additional services/products that you purchase from the hotel during your stay e.g. mini bar, room service, laundry etc.

NOTE: Some heavily discounted/promotional rates MAY not be eligible for cashback. Unfortunately, we will only know if cashback is due AFTER a stay if booked at a heavily discounted/promotional rate.

Why my name and email only?

When we receive cashback from the hotel companies, they list the name of the guests with the relevant hotel stay information. We match the names of the guest on the list with the names of our registered customers. If you are a registered customer and your name is on the list, we will contact you via email to inform you of your cashback. Without your FULL NAME and EMAIL, we won’t be able to pay you your cashback.

When will i receive my cashback?

The hotel companies can take up to 28 days to give us the cashback from the date you check-out. Once we receive the cashback, we will contact you advising that cashback is due to you.

How will you pay me my cashback?

We can pay you via Pay Pal or BACS (BACS only available for UK bank accounts). For BACS payments, we will need your bank details BUT this is purely optional.

I live outside the UK, would i be eligible to receive cashback?

ANYONE ANYWHERE is entitled to earn and claim cashback. We can only pay you your cashback via Pay Pal for security and fraud prevention reasons.

How do i make my hotel booking to get my cashback?

Once you provide us with your FULL NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS, we will send you a direct link to the hotel company’s website (Your reservation is done directly by the hotel, not us). Provided that you follow the link to make your reservation and complete your stay, you will be eligible to receive cashback.

Can I earn cashback on someone else's name like earning a commission for booking a hotel for someone?

If you would like to earn cashback on a reservation that is not on your name i.e. you are making a reservation for a family member, friend or colleague then simply send us an email with your FULL NAME followed by the FULL NAME of the person who will be on the hotel reservation BEFORE the check-in date.

* Cashback is given at the rate of 5%. Cashback MAY be slightly less due to foreign exchange rates/charges. All cashback is paid to us in $USD. We convert all cashback to Pound Sterling therefore we are faced with exchange rate charges.

If you register under your name and make a hotel reservation via our link in someone else's name (without informing us) then you will NOT receive cashback. The name on your hotel reservation MUST match the name you provide to us.

Please allow up to 36 days to receive cashback incase of any delays. If after this period you are not contacted, please email us.

Cashback will only be eligible when you book via our link and complete your stay at the hotel.

Heavily discounted rates or promotional rates MAY not be eligible for cashback. Cashback is therefore not guaranteed. 

No shows or canceling your hotel reservation may incur charges by the hotel. Cashback is not paid on these penalties/charges

BACS Payment option is only for UK bank accounts.
