1.  Items that do not require expertisation are accepted for returns providing that:
a. Description is incorrect.
b. Item is returned within 7 days of receipt
2. Items that require expertisation:
a. A maximum of 4 months is allowed for return.
b. No returns accepted if there is a  "No Opinion"
c. We reimburse 100% of the original item cost + shipping cost for its return.   
d. Experts cost is reimbursed to a maximum of $100.
e. We must agree to what expert the item will be sent.
