German lobster-tail helmet with lion crest

This is a very good copy of a German Officer's lobster tail helmet, of the Saxon Garde Reiter regiment, it is made as the original, with a tombak / copper skull, and German silver edging and rivets, it has the correct chin scales and bosses , with officer style cockades, inside peaks lined with leather, on top of the helmet is a silvered brass lion with its paw resting on a shield, the badge is a large silvered star with the arms of Saxony in gilt metal; the originals of this helmet are almost impossible to find at an affordable price, this helmet is the next best thing, it has some corrosion around studs and rivets.
