Here is an amazing set of 6 cards issued by Eilbrecht Cigarettes of Germany as part of a larger series of cards telling the story of World War 2 from a German perspective. The cards were issued circa 1950 in Baden Baden and are in excellent condition front and rear. There is detailed text in German on the rear together with the card and series number. Each card measures approx 3ins x 4ins . This is set number 27 which graphically details by way of actual photographs the bitter winter of 1941 and also has the singer Lili Marleen entertaining the troops .
