On offer here is a stunning upholstered sofa settee dating in construction to the last 15 years, made by George Smith of Newcastle (labels to underside) and made in the victorian period style. Elverdon pattern

Retail new at over £3000.00

Standing on turned legs with brass castors to feet that supports a stunning deep frame upholstered in a gorgeous good condition fabric soft checkerbord chenille style fabric with piped leading edges. Typically chesterfield styled with gorgeous overscrolled long barrel arms and fabulous camel hump back rests to rear. The fabric to the seat fronts is all in very good condition given the age and comes ready to use being immmensely comfortable. The springing to the seats being comfortable and all in order.

Offered in a very good overall condition commensurate with age. This item is old so please do not expect it to be as new. Free of worm and largely solid in joint ready to use with the upholstery in a good condition bearing small patch size of 10p to the left arm which appears to be wax and should remove
