UK Postage Delivery Times

Standard Parcel post ~ 3 -7 days from actual shipment date.

1^st class ~ Following day from shipment

2^nd class ~ 3-5 days from shipment

Special Delivery ~ Following day from shipment by 1.00 pm

Recorded delivery can be added to 1^st and 2^nd class post for 72p per parcel, this will provide a signed for delivery.

Parcelforce options quoted for apply to UK zone 1 as defined by Parcelforce other areas will attract a premium.

Compensation Offered By Royal Mail

Standard parcel, 1^st and 2^nd standard or recorded offer a maximum of £30.00 for loss of parcel.

Special delivery offers £500 maximum for loss of parcel depending upon which service is chosen.

Standard parcel compensation for loss of parcel can be increased as follows:

Extra 1.03p = £100

Extra £2.32 = £250

 Extra £3.61 = £500 

Overseas Postage Delivery Times 

Airmail ~ approx 5 - 10 days from actual shipment date.

Surface mail ~ 8 - 12 weeks from actual shipment date.

Surface mail for Europe ~ 1 - 4 weeks from actual shipment date.

Standard Airmail & Surface Mail CAN NOT be tracked enroute.

Enhancements to Surface and Airmail:

International recorded provides a tracking number + £3.65 per parcel, maximum weight of 2 kg

Additional insurance overseas recorded + £5.15 per parcel, maximum weight of 2 kg 

Other Services:

International Data Post ~ 3-5 days from actual shipment date.

International Standard ~ 6-10 days from actual shipment date.

With the above two services items are insured for loss of parcel up to £150.00

Additional compensation can be arranged for an additional fee.

Electronic payment/Bank transfer:

UK GBP under £100 no charge.

Over £100 or in non UK currency an £10.00 fee applies.

GBP currency:

*Paypal, BidPay**, Personal cheque, Money order.

*Paypal is only accepted from buyers who have had an active Ebay account for a minimum of 3 months or who have a confirmed Paypal account.*

**Bidpay is subject to a £5.00 administration fee.

Non GBP currency:

Overseas personal cheques/checks and money orders are subject to an administration fee of £10.00.

Please read all auction conditions prior to bidding, your business is important to me and I would like to make this a pleasurable experience for us both from start to finish.

If you find any of these terms unacceptable please do not bid on my auctions.

Items are described as fully and accurately as possible, I do not try to hide anything. Please use your judgment with photos provided.

All sizes are approximate.

Unless otherwise listed all items are used, if you are expecting brand new condition please do not bid.

Please email BEFORE you bid if you are unsure about anything.

Feedback reviews of less than 3 please email me prior to bidding just to establish contact – thank you.

High quality packing materials are used for which there is a small charge dependant upon size/quantity.

A small charge is also included in the P&P for handling.

Payment must be received within 7 days of auction end unless otherwise agreed.

Non paying bidder reports will be filed and the item will be re-sold.

The choice of postage method is yours - I recommend insurance.

Most postal insurance is for loss only.

More expensive items must be recorded; overseas recorded delivery is £3.65 for 1 parcel up to 2kg.

I cannot accept responsibility for lost or damage parcels, I pack exceptionally well, please see my feedback and I always obtain a certificate or receipt of postage.

Should the need arise I will endeavour to help make a claim for you; however I offer no guarantees of refunds.

I can only assist in making claims if recorded or special delivery options are taken. For standard postage I will forward the post office receipt for you to make a claim.

Should a refund be agreed this will be for a maximum of 100% of the auction end price at my discretion and normally held as credit, and will not be for any P&P cost and may be subject to a relisting fee or 10% of the auction end price, which ever is the higher.

Shipping items overseas is expensive, so please be sure before you bid or contact me for a shipping quote!

Please note: Shipping is done twice a week.

NO guarantees are given on delivery times unless you pay for a faster service, i.e. special delivery.

If you are unhappy when you receive your goods please talk to me – don’t just leave negative feedback.

If you change your mind over a purchase please let me know and don’t just ignore payment reminders.
