New and sealed/wrapped items - may be returned within 7 days of receipt in the same condition (new and sealed/wrapped) for a full refund less postage and packing costs. Please email us before you return an item quoting the item reference, your user ID, date of purchase and reason for requesting the return.  We will respond as soon as possible with instructions for the return.

Boxed unwrapped items – We offer a replacement service only for damaged in transit or suspected faulty items. No returns can be accepted for change of mind.  Any faults must be notified to us within 24hrs of receipt.  For faulty items we reserve the right to request items to be sent back to us at the buyers expense for testing before a replacement is issued. Where no replacement is available we may at our discretion offer an alternative product of an equal listing value or offer to issue a refund less postage and packaging costs.

Other categories

New and sealed items from our other categories e.g home, clothing, toys etc may be returned with 7 days of receipt in the same condition (new and sealed/wrapped with tags etc) for a full refund less postage and packaging costs. Please email us before you return an item quoting the item reference, your user ID, date of purchase and reason for requesting the return.  We will respond as soon as possible with instructions for the return.  

Please note for all returns it is the buyers responsibility to ensure items arrive to us in there original condition.  We are unable to accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit to us so if you are concerned or it is a high value item please use an appropriate recorded service.  Any additional costs incurred are non refundable.


Auction items are sold on an as seen basis and may not be returned.  Should you have an issue with an item please contact us and we will do our best to find a resolution.
