Genuine 6v 3 speed semi-auto Honda engine for Honda Monkey Bike. Number Z50AE 5020359. I've never been inside it but I ran this engine when I bought it several years ago and it was very sweet, no smoke, noises or anything untoward. Excellent compression, turns over smoothly and easily. Original crankcase screws, excellent kickstart splines, and externally in very nice condition. The cam side cover on the outside of the cylinder head has gone missing somewhere but I have replaced it with an oil cooler take of plate. You may want to source an original or you can use this with an oil cooler.

Since the engine has been stored (in the house) for several years, I would recommend that you give it a thorough check over and service before running it.

Rare opportunity for somebody restoring a Monkey to get a proper Honda engine.

A: Yes, the bike rode perfectly when I tested it. Clutch was fine and all gears engaged as they should.
