Contact.

• Contact to made within 3 days.
• Payment to be made within 7 days
• If payment cannot be made within 7 days due to work, holidays or other circumstances please email and let me know.

Refunds.

• I cannot offer refunds for items that do not fit (We do state measurements in our descriptions) or wrong purchases. However if there is a mistake on my part I will happily give a refund, and pay for postage. Items lost in the post will be refunded once the Royal Mail have completed their investigations and package cannot be traced.

Postage.

• I always obtain a receipt of postage, if item is lost I will submit to Royal Mail.

• If an insurance option is not taken, loss of or damage to the item in the mail is at your own risk.

• Please add £0.80 on checkout if you would like recorded delivery.

Packaging Used:

• Envelope/Brown paper (not reused) with bubblewrap or waterproof plastic bag around items to prevent damaged en route

Payment.

• I highly recommend wherever possible that auction winners pay through paypal – paypal now offer buyer protection and is the safest method of payment for both buyer and seller. However I also accept personal cheques and postal orders

• I will do my utmost to post the item within 48 hours after the payment clears
• Can I also ask all winning bidders to complete the checkout process through ebay a.s.a.p. Its just helpful to know how you intend to pay.
