RETURNS POLICY - UK SALES ONLY

THE FOLLOWING IS NOT APPLICABLE TO AUCTION STYLE SALES.

If the buyer is not completely satisfied with their purchase they should notify us in writing, by fax or through the eBay messaging facility within seven days from the day after the date on which they received the goods. The goods should be returned to us immediately and upon their return we will make a refund for the value of goods returned.

The customer is responsible for the safe return of goods and we recommend that you insure the goods and obtain proof of posting or use Recorded Delivery. The customer is responsible for the return carriage costs unless the goods are faulty and this fault has not been detailed in the eBay listing. Goods returned must be un-used since purchase, in the same condition as at the time of sale and any merchandising must be in tact.

We can only accept returns for Auction Sale items in the following circumstances:
•	The items are faulty or damaged and we have failed to mention this within the description, or
•	We have described the items incorrectly.
