Genuine Borner 'V' Slicer

Here we have an Authentic Borner 'V' Slicer

I purchased this recently off ebay and it was described as being used once.

there are scratches on the vegetable holder where they were holding it the wrong way. there are arrows to show which way you should hold.  This does not affect the way it works whatsoever. Although there are no instructions sheets the directions are actually illustrated on the main slicer and is very self explanatory and easy to use.

anyway i had a go and i stupidly used it without the holder and cut my little finger.  I am now too nervous to use the thing. although it does do everything it says it does. EXTREMELY sharp blades.  I am going to invest in a food processor instead as i am rubbish at this.  Although they do come highly recommended.
