Payment

1.  We only accept Paypal, Please complete payment within 2 days.   2.  No sales tax is required   3.  Please send us the notification e-mail within 12 hours after successful bidding if they have special request on colors and quantities, otherwise random colors will be sent.

We charge 100% shipping and handling for the first item and 80% for second item, 65% for the third,  pleae feel free to connect us for more discount if you order a lot. *Hold your payment until the end of your last auction *Pay all items at ONCE.

Shipping

1.  The next day deliver once payment receive.    2.   Usually  takes 8-15 business days delivery form China. exact delivery time varies by location.    3.   If you don't receive your Insured Merchandise 30 days after receiving our shipment notification, please kindly email us,We will file a mail tracking request on  Postal Office, Once your package is confirmed LOST, We will immediately reship new or refund your payment via Paypal. Please buy insurance if you are concerned about package loss.    Whereas 99% of our shipment reach the destination without incident, but we will reship the item  ONLY if the item has been INSURED .

Return Policy

7 Days: Exchange or replacement is allowed as long as you inform us your intention within 7 days of item arrival. If you receive a wrong item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a 100% refund of your payment after you have returned the wrong item in original condition. Replacement items will be exchanged within 7 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
