Returns Policy

Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Goods
If the item in faulty/damaged condition, or we have sent the wrong item, you must inform us within 3 working days of receipt. We'll give you a returns authorisation code and a Freepost address to return the item to (we pay charges) As soon as we receive the item back, we will inspect the item and replace it by return post. Refunds are not available.  If you do not contact us prior to returning your item we will not process the return. 

Unwanted/Incorrectly Ordered Goods
 Upon receiving your goods you decide you don't want them, or you ordered the wrong thing you must inform us with 30 working days of receipt.
We will give you a returns authorisation code and address to return the item to - you must pay all costs for returning unwanted items plus an additional 25% of the item price charge for repackaging/reselling .

You have a legal obligation to return the goods in resaleable condition. As soon as we receive the item back, we will inspect the item and refund the original item cost. Refunds will be made to the payment method you originally used. If you do not contact us prior to returning your item we will not process the return.

How quickly do you ship my order?
Most items are shipped the same / following working day, but do please allow up to 3 working days during busy periods unless its a UK GET IT FAST order.

I have purchased a Pre-Order item and did not realise it was a pre-order?
All pre order items clearly state at the top of the item description under the header that this item is possibly a Pre-Order item and to check the release date below. The release date can be found in the Product Description field. If you wish to cancel the pre order sale you can do so up until 5 days before its due to be released minus a fee of 25% of book price

I want more than 1 of this item. How do I do it?
Simple! Hit 'Buy It Now' and then 'Pay Now' and you'll be taken to our checkout. At the bottom of the checkout screen you'll see an image of your item - just click on there and add as many as you want. The postage will be combined etc automatically in checkout.

How do I get my order total? I want to combine my purchases, combine my shipping, and make one payment.
