Christmas Returns & Exchange Policy
Items bought as Christmas gifts, between mid November and 25th December can be returned by 31st January 2009. Simply return them to us at the address below, ideally with a completed ‘Returns Form’ or with a letter detailing how you would like us to process your order.
You are welcome to exchange items or alternatively we can offer Gift Vouchers to the same value as the item price.
Our address is Hike Bike and Ride, Units 2 & 3 Hathersage Park, Hathersage, Hope Valley, Derbyshire, S32 1DP.
We will then process your request as quickly as we can, we will aim to despatch all returns & exchanges within 7 working days of receiving the request, occasionally, particularly during early January, this make take a little longer.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Outside of the festive season, you are welcome to exchange & return items within 28 days of purchase.
Simply fill in the ‘returns form’, which should arrive with your order & return to us in an unused condition with the labels attached. We will then process your request as quickly as we can, we will aim to despatch all returns & exchanges within 7 working days of receiving the request, occasionally, this make take a little longer.
Faulty Items
We try our best to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, however every now & again we make mistakes! When this happens, we would be grateful if you could call our customer services on 01433 651255, so we can get a replacement on it’s way to you as quickly as possible. Please use our freepost address, detailed below, to return it to us, at your convenience & free of charge.
