We have a 10 day return policy on all normally stocked merchandise:
- All sales are final after 10 days. Please contact us immediately if you wish to return something.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless a mistake was made on our part -- then we will send you a return label..
- If product is determined to be tampered with or misused, no exchange/refund will be issued.
- Specially ordered items, large statuary and fountains are non returnable. They are available for exchange. All fountains and statues are insured against loss, theft and damage during shipping.
