Shipping

We take great care in packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. When your item has been dispatched you will receive an email indicating this. We use Royal Mail, DHL and Business Post the service used will depend on the size, weight and the value of the item, if a tracking number applies to your item you will be notified of this in you dispatched email. Every item is carefully packaged using the latest technology to ensure safe shipment to you.

Returns

If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 7 day no quibble returns policy, but the product must be UNUSED and in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING, the return cost of the product must be paid for by YOU. and we cannot be held responsible for any postal loses, however we will help in assisting you with your claim and recommend that you retain proof of postage.

If you find the product to be genuinely faulty then we will offer a refund, replacement or if possible replace the faulty part, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. 

All our product come with the standard manufacturer's warranty (unless stated differently) against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions. We will assist you with any warranty dealt directly with the manufacture and re issue any sales paper work if needed. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
