Return policy
Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods and any returned items must be received back into our warehouse within this time.

Goods must be returned at your own expense to us in their original condition, unused with all items and packaging intact. In the case of an unwanted item please do not open any sealed packs. 

Postage & Packaging charges or costs will not be refunded in the case of a return.

If you need to return an item we want to make it as easy and painless as possible for you. In order to do this we need your help, so please take the following steps so that we can process your package on its return.

    • Either e-mail or phone us to explain the situation and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). 
    • Package the return appropriately and write your RAN on the outside (this is very important so that we can identify your goods). 
    • Enclose a brief note explaining the reason for the return and what action you would like us to take. Remember to quote your original order Reference Number and RAN.
 
We do advise you to return any goods to us via a service requiring a signature on delivery and providing insurance e.g. recorded delivery. If they are lost, we cannot be held responsible for them. We also cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit so we advise you to package the goods adequately to prevent damage from occurring.
