Garmin 76CSx Handheld GPS - ( Relisted as original reserve not met) For anyone looking for this handheld GPS they will know it is a rare occasion for one to be offered at auction. This unit was purchased approximately 6 months ago as a future birthday present and was only switched on for the first time at the end of June this year. It is in absolutely superb unmarked condition complete with the remaining 6 months warantee and as supplied by the manufacturer :-

Garman 76CSx Colour Mapping Handheld GPS.

MapSource Software Trip and Waypoint Manager CD.

Its only use has been as a second GPS at this year's Cowes Week Regatta. The unit has the facility to except custom waypoint symbols and I have installed the I.A.L.A. and Racing Mark symbols. All the co-ordinates of the navigational and racing buoys within the Solent have been added but I can remove them if requested.

This is a reluctant sale as it is a joy to use, very accurate and very easy to understand and operate. Also it was a birthday present from my family. The only reason it is available for auction is that I do want to upgrade to the Oregon GPS so that I can install the Ordnance Survey maps for walking.

I make no apologies for the reasonably high reserve price as this was the only way my wife would agree to the sale, however it would still represent a good deal. If it does not reach the reserve price it will be relisted.

The unit will be dispatched first class through Royal Mail within 24 hours of payment being received. Optional postal insurance can be arrange at £3.50 if required - Please Specify

As the unit is only 6 months old I have decided to uploaded two close-up photos operating to show its quality. Also please note this unit is a genunine UK model with European Base Map not a cheaper import.

The reserve price is set at the lowest that I will except so serious bidders would be preferred thank you.
