"This record breaking hydroplane won the Harmsworth Trophy and also set a new mark of 81 miles per hour in A.P.B.A. mile trials easily establishing the fact that she is the FASTEST BOAT IN THE WORLD In accomplishing these results "Miss America II" used a pair of Hyde Turbine Type Propellers thus adding another to the long list of Hyde-equipped record-breakers and furnishing further proof of Hyde efficiency."
