Returns: Non Faulty


If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 8 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund of the full purchase cost excluding carriage. You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, they should be well packed and clearly labeled

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.


Returns: Faulty Goods.


Faulty goods should be returned to us in a clean condition .For health & safety reasons we are unable to handle boots, clothing horse rugs etc., which are dirty, or soaking wet. We will evaluate the fault, and replace, repair or refund including carriage at our discretion. Please note that some products must be sent to the manufacturers for evaluation. We will make every effort to ensure that product complaints are dealt with efficiently, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused in transit etc.
