FAULTY GOODS: If your purchase is faulty we will, at our discretion, either replace the item free of charge, or refund the purchase price in full including the shipping costs. UNWANTED GOODS: In the case of unwanted goods, these must be returned within 7 working days of purchase unopened in their original packing, complete with all labels and instructions.
