Under the Distance selling Regulations, consumers have the right to cancel orders placed with a business seller for 7 days after receipt of the goods.  We go a little further than the law demands, and allow buyers 14 days to return goods.  If you want to return an item for refund or exchange, please ensure that it comes back to us as received, unaltered and with all manufacturer's packaging, any paperwork, guarantee, etc.  We appreciate returns within 7 days, but they MUST be received by us within 14 days.   Once received and checked by us, we’ll refund your original payment including outward postage.  Refunds are made by the same method as your original payment.   Buyers are responsible for the costs of returning unwanted goods, and for safekeeping of such goods until received by us.  We strongly recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting when returning goods (free on request when posting at a Post Office), to support any claim you may need to make for items lost or damaged whilst in transit back to us.
Faulty or incorrect goods:  We don't make many mistakes;  but we are only human!  We don't think it's right that you should lose out in the rare instances of our sending out a faulty or incorrect item,  so in those cases, we also refund your return postage.
