DELIVERY:
All postal goods are dispatched within 3-7 DAYS, please note we obtain Certificate of posting on all post! 4-10 at busy times
please allow 14 days before emailing regarding posting, please check local post office first
Postal insurance is available at cost. If item lost / stolen we will send you a claims form
allowing us to claim for lost item note royal mail can take up to 14 days, once we have had refund from royal mail we will resend your item, we strongly recommend postage insurance, as this speed up any losses.
We are not liable for lost postage, we do not delivery goods.
If you find you have postage surcharge, please email us with the pack and receipt scan
and we will take to post office for refund which will be passed on to you.
All items are checked three times before sending, all information must be on paypal payment. ie colour / gauges / spec etc. This will speed up your dispatch time, as all
goods are packed from payment information.

All goods are inspected before dispatch, all electrical items inc instrument are full tested 100% before dispatch guaranteeing you peace of mind. All new sealed items will not be tested, 7 day faulty returns on all items.
Our quality control is excellent. All goods are sold on trade
or promotion and we can not except returns, unless found to be faulty on delivery
