We take great care when packaging your items for transit, and "over-pack" everything we ship to enable your parcel to withstand the parcel delivery network, and reach you safe & sound.
Postal services we use are Royal Mail and Parcel Force Worldwide. Please choose your delivery option carefully; see our 'terms of sale' below.
If you would prefer to collect your order in person you are more that welcome to do so.
We despatch goods every day (Mon-Fri, Excl Bank holidays) and are happy to ship World-wide.
All multiple purchases from our store will receive a discount on the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping does vary depending on your location. For An accurate price please feel free to contact us.
Buy It Now purchases are covered under the Distance Selling Regulations.
DSR give the buyer the right to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day they receive the item. The Item must be returned within 14 days.
1a. If items ordered from us are not as described or damaged, you are welcome to return them to us for either a refund or replacement.
1b. If you receive an item which is not to your expectations, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the package, for a Returns Authorization Number (RAN). Also (see Paragraphs. 3 and 4) once goods have been received by us, a full refund of the product will be issued, [*1] NO refund will be issued for any postage only the product. You may also exchange your item for any other item, whereas you will pay any difference in price + postage either by cheque or postal order with your returned item.
2. To return goods to us you will need a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) this will enable our staff to deal with your request without delay. No Returns will be accepted after 14 Days
2a. To generate a RAN you must contact us as soon as possible, your request must be made within 14days from the date you received your parcel, call us on 07887 867933 or by emailing bcsdept@bar-catering-supplies.com and advise us that you would like to send back a purchase. If you make your request via email you will be contacted by one of our team within 24 business hours with your RAN.
3. Before a refund or replacement of goods can be issued items must be returned to us for inspection un-opened and un-used in a re-saleable condition. This includes all packaging, accessories, manuals and documentation that was enclosed within the original parcel.
4. Please be aware that the cost of sending goods back to us shall be paid by you. We strongly recommend that you use a service that is traceable, requires a signature on delivery and give adequate insurance of goods against damage and loss whilst in transit. We DO NOT accept a Royal Mail proof of posting certificate as evidence of despatch.
5. If you have received an item from us that you believe to be broken, damaged or faulty contact us directly on 07887 867933 or by emailing bcsdept@bar-catering-supplies.com within 7 days from the day you received your item. We will immediately issue you with the Returns Authorization Number; this will enable your refund claim to be handled swiftly and without unnecessary delay.
5a. Items will need to be returned to us for inspection and testing before a refund or replacement of goods can be issued. When returning items to Bar-catering-supplies.com you must include all packaging, accessories, manuals and documentation that were enclosed within the original parcel.
6. We reserve the right to have the goods collected at our expense by a courier of our choice. If this is needed we will work with you to ensure that the collection is made on a day that suits you best but we can not give specific collection times.
7. Once goods have been received by us and your claim for damage or fault has been up held we will of course refund the cost of shipping the items back to Bar-catering-supplies.com in full.
[*1] Full refund of product and postage , whereas we cannot replace the good(s), good(s) returned as unwanted or any other reason except damaged or missing, buyer will have a full product refund, no refund will given for any postage paid in the sending or returning off.
