If there’s a problem with your order – such as the wrong goods were sent or an item’s faulty – you need to return the item(s) to our address, which will be provided when required.  (Please ensure that anything you return is unworn and unwashed, with all the tags attached.) Getting the parcel to us is your responsibility. So for peace of mind, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service.

However if you wish to return the item(s) because you’ve changed your mind, please note that we will only refund the cost of the item (not including postage).

If your order was incorrectly packed or an item was faulty and you want a replacement, we’ll simply send you the correct item(s). We obviously won’t charge you for the delivery of the correct item(s).

On the other hand, you may want to exchange a faulty item for something else. If so, when we receive your package, let us know the item you prefer and we will post it out to you.
