If i think the item may not reach you in time by regular first class post i will suggest that you pay the extra cost for GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Returns:

I offer a REFUND if an item i have sold turns out to have been INACCURATELY described. PLEASE NOTE THAT I MEASURE ALL OF MY CLOTHING ITEMS ACCURATELY MYSELF and give this information in the item description along with the manufacturers sizing from the labels. Please ensure that you know your own body measurements. Occasionally even with accurate body and clothing measurements an item may still not fit. In this event i will offer a REPLACEMENT item or items from my shop of equal or greater value. If the item is of greater value the buyer must pay the additional cost.

Items lost in the post:

I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post although i DO keep receipts of posting for all my parcels. In the event of a lost parcel please let me know ASAP and i will fill out a lost post form on your behalf. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROYAL MAIL TAKES 4-6 WEEKS TO REFUND YOUR MONEY AND FOR SOME STRANGE REASON WILL NOT REFUND THE COST OF THE POSTAGE. As soon as the refund money has cleared in my account i will reimburse you by the method of payment you used.

Having sold designer clothes on ebay for the last 5 years I can usually easily tell the difference between a genuine and a counterfeit item. I aim to sell only the quality that I would be happy to accept, and would never knowingly sell counterfeit goods.
