amazingly very full playfull greys and reds mix colours tartan Tutu skirt made with 2 layers of contrasting stiff fluro red netting for a really excellent

tu tu with stretchy black waistband.

 

made from original tartan kilts from the highlands (not sure of the individual clans!) and mixed with modern materials these tutu skirts are highly individual, sought after one offs!
