RETURNS
In compliance with distance trading standards, we do offer a seven-day returns policy. A refund of the purchase price (not the postage costs) will be made to the buyer returning items. But no returns will be accepted without prior approval and agreement.
POST
If you require Postal Insurance when it is not already included then please let us know before paying for an item.
In the very rare event of a claim being necessary we will always make a claim from the Post Office and then reimburse you. Before we can commence this claim we will need a completed declaration of non receipt or photographic proof of damage from you.
Won more than one item. Do not pay until you receive our Invoice.
Cheques can take up to seven working days to clear.
After payment we will post the next working day.
All International parcels are sent by Airmail only.
Items not paid for will be reported to eBay.
