Returns are accepted you must inform us of your wish to cancel the transaction within 7 days and the purchased item(s) must be returned within 14 days.

Procedure For Returns: If you wish to return your purchased item(s) please email specifying your reason for wanting to return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt. You will then be provided with a completed returns form and all the details required to make a return.

Returns must include all original items, undamaged, in original packaging and with a completed returns form.

When an item is being returned because the customer has changed their mind or purchased the wrong item the said buyer is responsible for ALL return P&P costs.

If a mistake has been made on our part i.e. the wrong item has been received or an item arrives damaged by the postal service or with a manufacturers fault then return P&P costs with be refunded by Fullbrook Superstore. 

In these cases once the item has been returned to us and the item has been inspected by the manufacturer and proves to be faulty because of a manufacturing fault or has postal service damage and not damage caused by misuse/abuse by the buyer we will refund the return postage costs and provide the customer with a replacement item, if we have these in stock, otherwise a refund will be issued (we will not pay for return P&P costs in advance under any circumstances.)
