POSTAGE
Parcels are always sent first class delivery within the UK and air mail for overseas customers unless another delivery option is requested; I aim to send out your parcels within 48 hours of payment being received. I post items Monday to Friday with the exception of bank holidays, etc when I will post out the next working day. Postage costs include the delivery charge (which is calculated on weight, size and destination of the parcel), and all the costs of envelopes, boxes and wrapping the items purchased to ensure a safe delivery to you. Proof of Posting always obtained, if you require recorded this is an additional cost to the buyer which is reflected in the final invoice. Please note once parcels have been sent out for delivery then everything else is in the hands of the post office I’m afraid I have no control after that, also lost parcels are not considered lost by the post office till they have been missing for 2 5 days. DISCOUNTS ON POSTAGE
Are available on all multiple purchases. When you have finished shopping simply send for a total request or email me to benefit from substantial savings on postage. Free postage is available on all orders over £35.00 within the Uk, overseas buyers please email first.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchases please email me within 14 days of receipt of your goods letting me know the problem. Refunds will be returned to the buyer within 7 days of receiving back the items after inspection to ensure that they have been returned in their original condition. Return postage costs to be paid by the buyer and is non-refundable.
HOLIDAY CLOSING
I occasionally go away on holiday. I will always let you know when that will be in advance. This means that whilst away you can still browse and purchase items but combined invoices, queries and posting will all be actioned asap when I return. Please take this into consideration when leaving feedback.
FEEDBACK
Positive feedback will be left on successful completion of transaction. I wait for the buyer to complete feedback first as this shows they are satisfied with the items. Non paying customers will have action taken against them if no email or explanation is received. All problems have solutions so if you have problems paying let me know and we can sort a later payment date out, etc.
