All our items where possible are sent in reconditioned packaging although purpose bought packaging is required for some item. This helps us to keep our packaging costs to a minimum and is reflected in our delivery charges. Wed - Paid before 11- 30am, same day dispatch

Thurs - Paid before 2pm, same day dispatch

Fri - Paid before 2pm, same day dispatch

Anything purchased after 2pm week days will be dispatched the next working day

Sat/Sun purchases will be dispatched on Mon

Quoted Dispatch time

We do quote our dispatch time as within 2 days from receipt of order, although most of the time we do achieve our aimed dispatch time. This is in general for all high demand available in stock.

The time may vary on hand made or assembled to order items.

For assemble to order items dispatch time is usually within the quoted time period but can take up to 7 working days to dispatch during busy times, please email for a time quote before purchasing if you need the item dispatched urgently.

We accept postage returns within 7 days from receipt of the product.  however any anticipated returns should be reported by email within 24 hours from receipt of the item.
