THIS IS A GRAY NICOLLS "SCOOP 2000" BAT WITH A LOVELY SWEET SPOT......IT HAS UNBLEMISHED EDGES TO THE WILLOW...TRIPPLE SPRUNG,SHORT HANDLED AND RE GRIPPED...THE BLADE IS IN MUCH BETTER CONDITION THAN THE PICTURE INDICATES, DUE TO THE WHITE POLY ARMOUR EMBELISHING OF THE BALL MARKS....I'VE GIVEN IT A LIGHT SANDING TO IMPROVE THE COSMETIC LOOK BUT QUITE FRANKLY IT'S NOT WORTH IT FROM A PERFORMANCE ASPECT....I THINK CRICKET BATS ARE IN A UNIQUE SPORTING EQUIPMENT POSITION IN SO FAR THAT "A GOOD PIECE OF WILLOW" HAVING BEEN TAKEN REASONABLE CARE OF,GETS BETTER !!! THIS BAT IS AN EXAMPLE OF THAT........
