- Does this unit work in my home language of ___________ (Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, ... ) ? The display and voice languages the GPS unit uses for navigation and map display depends on the GPS maps being used. Most map software comes with a wide selection of language choices, which means both the display and sound (voice) will be in your preferred language. However, you should carefully select and buy the map software that is best suited for your region of the world.
- Does this unit come with antenna's? This unit comes with a magnetic base GPS antenna. For the analog TV function and AM/FM radio you can use your cars own antenna or buy a separate antenna (an antenna signal splitter may be needed to feed both the TV and Radio antenna inputs).
- Do I need to remove the piece of plastic which is sticking out the battery compartment of the remote control? Yes, please remove the little piece of plastic. It was inserted to keep the battery and the terminals separate so as to not waste battery power.

To reduce postage costs orders for delivery outiside of the UK will usually be shipped direct from the manufacturers in China / Hong Kong. If you require the item to be shipped from the UK please contact us before purchasing and this can be discussed but the postage costs may be higher!
Returns Policy & 12 Month Guarantee
- In the unlikely event of a fault, we provide a repair or replacement guarantee. You send the item direct to the manufacturer who will repair or replace or refund the item (at their discretion) and return the item FREE OF CHARGE!
- The cost of returning any items are payable by the buyer and at the buyers risk (we recommend getting insurance and tracking details).
- Physical damage to a product caused by the buyer invalidates the warrenty, opening products up for repair or modify componets invalidates the warrenty as well as flashing the firmware or using non supplied / approved software.
- When ordering, please ensure that the item is correct for use in your country. Eg NTSC, Secam, Pal, DVB-t broadcasting, Power supply and chioce of colours as these are very difficult and costly to exchange.
- We accept returns of unwanted or unsuitable items at the buyers expense.
- Buyer must open a eBay returns process within 7 days of receipt.
- Goods must be sealed in the original packaging and in a fully resaleable "As New" condition.
- A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to returns to cover the cost of relisting, repackaging and general administration involved in delaing with these items.
- The refund amount will usually be 80% of your total purchase price. Although, there may deductions for depreciation if the item is not considered (by us) in a brand new resaleable condition.
- An address will be supplied by eBay to return the item to.
