GPO No.52A terminal block (soapdish) 4 way, Black

This is a black plastic junction box as used by the post office in the late 1970s to connect 700 series phones to the external wiring, or just to join external wiring. The junction box is in fair, used, condition and may have some scratches, but has been cleaned and polished. It matches the design of 700 series phones. The base is a different colour from the top, but this makes no difference in practice, as the base is completely invisible under the cover. In fact, the GPO themselves only used grey bases on later models of these.
