All of the decorated items that we offer for sale are engraved using traditional sandblasting techniques in our Norfolk workshop, and every item is finished and checked by hand to ensure consistently high quality.

Each glass is packaged in a card gift box before being packaged in an outer carton for postage, via Royal Mail Recorded / Fedex  We can also add a plain card with your message if you would like the item sent to a different address.  Please note that we will obtain a certificate of posting. 

We can also add your logo to glassware, please contact us for a competitive quotation.

We will aim to despatch your order within 3 working days of receiving your payment, and if there is any delay we will always contact you.  We can turn orders around faster than this, please contact us if your item is needed urgently.  This may incur a small additional charge.

We package all glassware very carefully and it is very rare that items arrive broken, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please contact us.by email as soon as possible.
