This is a really gorgeous evening dress by Phase Eight and is a size 16 (US size 12). It is fully lined and does up with an underarm left zip and is green in colour with a lovely black rose print over. It has a beaded buckled belt and a very full skirt that is stiff so stands out and the bust is 40" inches and the length is 43" inches.
